Types of Repair Offered
Fuel System
Impurities in the fuel tank, filter and lines will cause reoccurring carburetor issues and need to be addressed when carburetor is serviced.
Drive System
Most common drive system failures are due to a worn friction wheel, broken or worn cables & belts, or a gear box failure.
Wheel Service
Wheels and Rubber tires wear over time and either need servicing or replacement.
Repair Internal Engine components (valves, pistons, connecting rods)
On certain engines, it may be worthwhile to have internal repairs completed.
Bearing or Bushing Replacement
A worn bearing is noisy and will cause your unit not to operate properly.
Head Gasket Repair
On occasion head gaskets may need to be replaced.
Carburetor
One of the our most common repairs and is often necessary from complications from the use of old fuel containing ethanol or improper storage.
Starter Ropes, Recoils and Electric Starters
Starter ropes eventually need replacement as they wear out with use. Electric Starters have gears that can wear out and need replacement, on occasion they may need to be completely replaced with a new unit.
Belt Replacement
Worn or broken belts will cause the drive system or augers not to engage.
Valve Adjustment
Overhead valves need periodic adjustment to ensure the engine operates properly.
Blade Service
Completely replacing or sharpening and balancing your blade(s) will reduce engine damaging vibration and is better for the grass.
Repower Unit With New Engine
When your unit is in otherwise good condition but your engine has suffered catastrophic failure we can repower your unit with a new engine.
